Once we receive your submission, we will review it, contact you to confirm the information provided, and collect the required fees or deposits before document preparation begins.
Notary and recording services are separate from document preparation and may be added upon request or included in an available package.

Advance Halth Care Directive

Document preparation for Medical Directives. Options include the Living Will / Advance Health Care Directive, HIPPA, In Case of Dementia, and Final Disposition. This is not for Financial Power of Attorney.
Document preparation of a Minor Travel Form that allows your child or children to travel abroad with one parent or another adult.
If your car has been impounded and you are not able to make it to the tow yard, we can prepare the release form that will allow the impound lot to release your vehicle to the person of your choice.
