My Mobile Notary Public reserves the right to cancel all appointments due to the following reasons:
No refunds or returns on Notary Service after service has been provided.
- If you order an item in error or pay in advance for more signatures that you needed, a refund will be made back to the original payment method for the unused portion of your payment
- All appointments will be charged a mobile/travel charge that is included in the total service fee
- If the notary has arrived at your location and we are not able to complete your service, a mobile/travel fee of $20 will still be applied/charged. Any unused signature fee that you have paid in advance will be refunded back to your original payment method less the mobile/ travel fee
Reasons services can not be provided
- Signer lacks valid ID/ Valid Credible Witnesses
- Signer does not have the document(s) they need to have notarized
- Document Signer is not present
- Signer is uncoherent/unaware or lacks the ability to clearly understand the documents they are being asked to sign
- Signer is unable to communication with the notary without assistance. At this time we do not have any bilingual notaries. All services must be conducted in the notaries language - English. Unfortunately, the use of a translator is not allowed per California Notary Public Guidelines
- Signer/anyone in the home/location is ill or sick with COVID/cold/flu/contagious illness. This must be disclosed prior to scheduling the appointment
